Complete profile of your lead buyers including

be maintained in the system.

and Lead Capture Code:
Lead Capture code required for the landing pages
on your web sites can be generated using the
system. You can layout and design the landing
pages and lead capture forms per your taste and
site requirements, and embed the lead capture
code provided in order to submit the captured
data to the lead system. The code include
front-end data validation scripts and tracking
code capture script. (Note: LeadPro247
system is NOT meant to be a landing page
template design / generation tool or replacement
for web page / form design tools.)

Interfaces to Lead Vendors' Lead Generation
Systems: Apart from your own landing pages,
you might use multiple lead vendors and
affiliates to generate leads for your customers.
The LeadPro247 lead capture system supports
multiple capture modes including simple HTTP Form Posting,
Web services (SOAP) based API and Email parsing.

Lead Data Validation: The system helps
internet lead generation and demand generation
firms to improve the quality of lead data by
employing lead validation and scrubbing
techniques. For example, the phone number can be
validated for proper formatting and numeric
content. Data elements such as first name, last
name and account / company name can be matched
verified against a set of unwanted words / text
strings and marked as rejected, if necessary.
Email address can be validated for proper
formatting as well as top level domains (TLDs).
Please note that Lead Data Validation after
capturing and aggregating in the database does
not help much. You should try to introduce as
much intelligence on the lead capture forms as
possible, so that the data can be captured and
validated at source before the the prospect
leaves the landing page.

Appending Geographic Data to Leads:
If your lead generation / vendor sources are
providing only the Zip code, the LeadPro247 lead
distribution and delivery system can append the
State (province), City and County data to the
lead profile. The system can also append
latitude and longitude data and country / region
data based on the IP address of the browser.
While deriving at the data using these partial
inputs may not be 100% accurate, the resulting
data will certainly add significant value to the
lead profile.

Online Lead Verification: LeadPro247
includes an optional Online Lead Verification
module. As the leads are captured from your
landing pages and other sources, the system can
verify the lead data in real time by connecting
to data service providers. Lead name, Phone
number, and Address can be verified in such a
fashion. Online lead verification will help weed
out wrong and incomplete information and can
significantly improve your lead conversion rates
and increase customer satisfaction, if you are a
lead sales company. Note that lead verifications
are provided on a pay-per-transaction basis in
addition to a small monthly fee.

Distribution Rules / Pricing Schedules / Filter Sets Definition:
The system supports extensive lead distribution
rules including exclusive / non-exclusive sales,
round robin method, lead profile filters such as
geography, radial distance (miles), lead source, campaign, publisher, and
type of leads, etc. The system also supports Ping Tree method and auction based method
for lead distribution. Lead Pricing can
vary based on number of times sold, age of the
lead, exclusivity, client priority, volume of
the order, etc.

Real Time Lead Orders: Leads can be
distributed in Real Time, as soon as the leads
are received in the system from lead generation
/ procurement sources. The real time leads can
be distributed on exclusive or shared basis.

Aged / Old Lead Orders: The system also
supports Aged / Old lead order processing and
delivery of leads in batch mode.

Multiple Lead Delivery Modes: LeadPro247
lead distribution software supports multiple
lead delivery modes including Instant Email
Message Alerts to web / smart phones, API / form
posting, delivery to sub-account (for lead
management and tracking), Text messaging (SMS) and Fax delivery
(optional). Note that delivering leads via SMS
and Fax will involve additional transaction fees
(per page / message).

Instant Email / SMS / Fax Alerts: The lead delivery
email alert messages can be easily setup from
templates and fully customized using profile
tags. The messages are formatted in easy to read
fashion for smart phone use.

Automatic and Order Specific Payment Processing:
The system supports a number of payment
processing options. Payment can be processed for
each order or each lead delivery. Payments can
also be taken in advance for real time orders
and replenished using automatic capture from
credit cards based on set threshold triggers. Or
even the payments can be handled outside of the
system and accounted. Per Lead Payment can be
aggregated and captured on a daily / weekly /
monthly basis too. You may also capture (post
paid) payments after a certain credit period.

Support for Multiple Payment Processing Gateways:
LeadPro247 system supports multiple gateways
including Authorize.Net,
PayPal PayFlowPro, Google Checkout, etc. for taking online
payments from lead buyers. Note that you must
have your own merchant account and payment gateway
account in order to process online payments
through the system. The credit card information
is stored in secured databases and we follow PCI
compliance standards. SSL is used to access and
transmit credit card information during the
payment process.

Credit Request Approval Process for Bad / Invalid
Leads: Lead buyers can submit Credit Request
through the web by clicking on the credit
request links in the lead alert emails. They can
also login to the sub-account in the application
and submit Credit Requests in the Manage Leads
module. Each credit request
has to be reviewed by the seller and approved in
the system.

Lead Retrieval and Management System Access for Lead Buyers:
Lead buyers can be provided with direct access
to the lead retrieval, tracking and management system. After logging in,
the buyers can view their orders, leads, and,
track and manage the leads. You can provide lead
management system features with minimal cost per
user. The following three levels of access are
available to the lead buyers:

Level - Lead Tracking System to
view, track and manage leads
