It is often necessary to reassign
leads for reasons such as sales people movement, volume
of work, and other market and administrative reasons.
LeadPro uses Sales Entity while defining and assigning
sales leads, instead of sales persons directly.
For example, if John is a sales
person employed by a business to look after the sales in
Illinois State, the leads are not assigned to John, but
to the Illinois Sales Area. When sales people move, this
helps to a great extent to avoid reassignment of leads;
another sales person can be assigned to the sales area.
However, it may be necessary to reassign leads from one
area to other (or one person to another) for
administrative or operational reasons. LeadPro provides
a easy mass lead reassignment process. For example, all
