Email Templates
LeadPro uses the identifier
System Templates for the sample templates
provided in the system and Custom Templates for
templates created and stored by the customers.
Email Templates can be created
in LeadPro using the inbuilt HTML and text editors. Once the
template is selected in the email campaign process, it
can be customized as required.
Word of Caution while
using Templates
When templates are used as
starting points for an email message, the user should
know what she is attempting to do. Since the templates
use in-line CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) code to specify
the style properties, the editor might behave
erratically if the contents are edited in Design mode.
The CSS should be edited in the Source mode to suit the
requirements.
